CarCare Digital exists to make vehicle history provable. A car is one of the largest purchases most people make, yet its maintenance record usually lives in a glovebox folder, a workshop's local software, or nowhere at all.
We turn that scattered paper trail into a structured digital service book and a shareable vehicle passport — so the value of good maintenance is visible to insurers, workshops, and the next owner.
The problem we work on
Stamped service books get lost, forged, or filled in years later from memory. Buyers cannot tell a genuinely maintained car from a neglected one, so they price for the worst case. Owners who serviced everything on time have no way to prove it. The result is a used-car market where honest sellers lose money and hidden problems keep moving between owners.
How the trust chain works
Records in CarCare Digital carry their origin. • Self-entered — the owner logs the work, with receipts and photos attached. • Workshop-confirmed — a registered workshop publishes the record to the owner's vehicle, so the entry is backed by the business that performed the work. • Passport — the owner decides what becomes shareable, and generates a QR link that anyone can open without an account. That separation is deliberate. A buyer should be able to see not just what was done, but who stands behind the claim.
For drivers
Every vehicle gets a complete file: service history with attachments, expenses and fuel consumption, documents such as insurance and registration, and maintenance reminders by email, WhatsApp, or Viber. The AI assistant answers questions using your own records and mileage — including fault-code lookups — instead of generic advice. Plus and Pro plans export a PDF report you can hand to a buyer or an insurer.
For workshops, dealers, and fleets
Business accounts get customer and vehicle files, work orders, a calendar, communication templates across email and messaging channels, team seats, and a public workshop page. When a workshop confirms a service record on a customer's vehicle, both sides benefit: the customer gains a verifiable history, and the workshop's craftsmanship stays attached to the car after handover.
A marketplace built on proof
Our marketplace ranks listings by evidence, not by ad spend. Basic listings behave like any classified ad. Verified listings add VIN checks, service history, and a vehicle score. Certified listings add a full diagnostic and service review. The aim is simple: a buyer should know what they are buying, and a well-documented car should sell for what it is worth.
How we operate
• Your records are yours. You can export them and delete them. • We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers. • Public passport pages show only what you explicitly publish, and can be unpublished at any time. • Private documents are served through authenticated links, not public storage URLs. • We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics rather than third-party ad networks.
Where we are today
We prefer to describe the product accurately rather than optimistically. Live today: web application, digital service book, vehicle passport with QR sharing, expenses, fuel log, reminders, AI assistant, PDF reports, workshop tools, and the marketplace. In progress: native mobile applications, deeper VIN and valuation data, and receipt scanning. Features still in development are labelled as such in the product and in our plan documentation.
